Can the schedule be changed once care has started?

Yes. We build flexibility into every arrangement from the beginning. If your loved one's needs shift—or if your family's circumstances change—we adjust visit frequency, duration, or scope of support accordingly. We ask for reasonable notice so we can manage scheduling thoughtfully.

What happens if the assigned aide is unavailable?

Our three arrangements are priced at NT$8,500, NT$18,500, and NT$48,000 respectively, depending on the level of support. Billing is handled monthly, and we'll walk you through the payment process clearly before care begins. Custom arrangements can also be discussed.

How quickly can care begin after contacting you?

In most cases, we can begin care within a few days of our initial consultation. Urgent situations are handled with priority, and we'll always communicate a clear timeline so your family can plan accordingly.
