Three arrangements, shaped around the person—not the package
From a few hours of daily assistance to round-the-clock presence, Tenderly's three care options cover the range of what older adults and their families in Taipei most often need.
Back to HomeOur methodology
Before care begins, we conduct a calm, unhurried intake conversation with the client and their family. This covers daily routines, health considerations, personal preferences, and the specific kind of support that would be most useful. From that conversation, we prepare a written care plan and introduce the assigned aide.
We believe the first few weeks are an important period of adjustment for everyone—the client, the aide, and the family. We stay close during that time, inviting feedback and making small refinements so that the arrangement settles well.
Ongoing, we review arrangements quarterly or sooner if circumstances change. Our aim is that the care your loved one receives always reflects where they are now—not where they were six months ago.
Initial conversation & assessment
We meet with the family to understand the situation clearly before suggesting anything.
Written care plan prepared
A clear plan is shared with the family covering objectives, schedule, and aide responsibilities.
Aide introduction & care begins
The assigned aide meets the client before visits start, so the first day feels familiar.
Ongoing review & adjustment
Regular check-ins with families ensure the arrangement continues to fit as needs evolve.
